Mr. Coverson, based in New York City, has over years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Coverson is focused on asset management for Rockwood Multifamily Partners, an open-ended multifamily vehicle with a national focus.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Coverson worked in various investment roles largely focused on multifamily and hospitality asset classes at RXR, Carmel Partners and Prudential Global Investment Management. Mr. Coverson started his career in affordable housing development in his hometown of Miami, FL.
Mr. Coverson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Affairs and a minor in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia. Mr. Coverson is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Black Arts Council at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and he serves on the Executive Board and chairs the Real Estate Committee of Brooklyn Community Services.
