Ms. Breier, based in Los Angeles, has years of experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Breier serves as chief legal officer and has overall responsibility for the firm’s legal affairs. Ms. Breier manages the legal execution of joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and general asset management. Ms. Breier is also Rockwood’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Breier was an associate in the real estate department of Paul Hastings LLP, an international law firm, where she specialized in real estate and real estate related transactions. During her tenure at Paul Hastings LLP, Ms. Breier represented major institutional investors, financial institutions, developers and pension funds in a variety of real estate and real estate related transactions.

Ms. Breier received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from San Diego State University and a Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. Ms. Breier is admitted to the practice of law in the State of California.
