Ms. Chou, based on San Francisco, has years of experience in the real estate industry and is responsible for Rockwood’s Financial Operations function. Ms. Chou oversees Rockwood’s financial operations team, including the reporting and accounting and portfolio analytics.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Chou was with Ernst & Young LLP in Los Angeles and San Francisco from 2000 through 2005 in the assurance group. While at Ernst & Young, Ms. Chou was responsible for managing the audit engagements for various types of real estate companies, including homebuilders, commercial real estate investors, and a publicly traded REIT, among others.

Ms. Chou received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Chou is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive status.
