Mr. Svensk, based in Los Angeles, has years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Svensk provides legal support for acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, asset management and financings.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Svensk served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Public Storage where he managed a wide range of legal matters for the company, focusing primarily on real estate and real estate related transactions. Before Public Storage, Mr. Svensk was an associate in the real estate department of Paul Hastings LLP, representing institutional investors and other public and private companies in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings and development projects.

Mr. Svensk received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Williams College and a Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Chicago Law School. Mr. Svensk is admitted to the practice of law in the State of California.
