Ms. Lo, based in San Francisco, has 18 years of combined public and private tax experience, specializing in real estate partnerships and REITs. Ms. Lo leads Rockwood’s tax function with her primary focus including tax structuring and REIT maintenance.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Lo was a tax professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and was responsible for managing the tax engagements for various types of real estate companies, including commercial and residential real estate investors, land developers, homebuilders and international REITs.

Ms. Lo received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Ms. Lo is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive status.
