Ms. Segur, based in New York, has over years of experience in Human Resources and has held roles leading the function on a regional and international basis.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Segur was a Partnering Consultant at The Focus Consulting Group, where she developed strategic, bespoke programming for a set of financial services clients across the US and internationally. She also held HR roles in private equity, private equity backed companies, and global institutions in both New York and London.

Ms. Segur received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communications from Loyola University Maryland. She is also an active member of and contributor to the Murray Hill Neighborhood Association in New York City.
