Mr. Schreiber, based in San Francisco, has years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Schreiber is focused on asset management, overseeing a number of commercial and multifamily investments in the Bay Area, Pacific Northwest, and Florida.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Schreiber was a Senior Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as public capital raising efforts in the Consumer & Retail sectors.

Mr. Schreiber received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California graduating magna cum laude as a Renaissance Scholar.
