Mr. Mudrick, based in New York City, has years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Mudrick is focused on structured investments and strategy development for the Credit Strategies team.

Over his career, Mr. Mudrick has held senior roles across the commercial and residential mortgage businesses, including research, trading, structuring, distribution, and investment management of CMBS securities, whole loans and subordinated debt. Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Mudrick spent the previous 12 years managing commercial real estate debt investments for institutional clients, serving as Managing Principal/Portfolio Manager for PropCap Advisors, LLC and as head of Commercial Real Estate Investments for Bayview Asset Management. Before moving to the buy side, Mr. Mudrick was a Director at Citi Markets & Banking, serving as head of Commercial Real Estate Credit Distribution and co-head of Commercial Real Estate Credit Trading. Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Mudrick spent 12 years at Lehman Brothers Inc., covering residential and commercial real estate markets, as both a research analyst and trader. During his tenure in research, he was consistently ranked among the top strategists on Wall Street, achieving a Top 3 ranking from Institutional Investor from 1998 through 2004.

Mr. Mudrick received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Haverford College. Mr. Mudrick is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
