Mr. Borofsky, based in New York, has years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Borofsky is focused on East Coast acquisitions and structured investments.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Borofsky was an Investment Banking Analyst at Eastdil Secured | Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions as well as public capital raising efforts in the REIT sector.

Mr. Borofsky received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of his professional interests, Mr. Borofsky is also an Associate Trustee with the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and an alumnus of the UJA-Federation of New York Shapiro Family Fellowship.
