Mr. Blanchard, based in San Francisco, has years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Blanchard serves on various Investment Committees. Mr. Blanchard oversees portfolio management for Rockwood's value-add fund series.

Previously, Mr. Blanchard was involved in the formation and growth of various separate account initiatives. He also participated in the management of numerous west coast office, multifamily, and retail investments. Mr. Blanchard also leads Rockwood’s technology leadership team and is responsible for both strategic planning and implementation of new CRE tech initiatives. Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Blanchard worked in the Assurance & Advisory practice of Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Mr. Blanchard received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis and a Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in real estate, from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Blanchard is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive status.
