Ms. Kiev is a member of the portfolio and asset management team, based in New York.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Kiev was an associate at Emmes Asset Management Company, a private real estate investment company, where she oversaw the management of over 900,000 square feet of New York City office space. From 2000 to 2001, Ms. Kiev worked in Morgan Stanley’s Credit Risk Management Group where she was involved in the firm’s principal lending activities. From 1998 to 2000, Ms. Kiev was an analyst in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities group at Fitch, an international rating agency. Ms. Kiev received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Paris Dauphine and a Masters of Business Administration from Baruch College.
