William Lee
Financial Analyst
Mr. Lee is responsible for acquisitions and asset management analysis in the Eastern United States.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Lee was a consultant in the Transaction Real Estate practice at Ernst & Young, where he provided due diligence services to clients on several portfolio transactions and assisted in the development of risk rating models for commercial real estate lenders. Previously, Mr. Lee served as a summer intern in the feasibility and asset management departments at HEI Hospitality. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. |
