Victoria Holcomb
Assistant Vice President, Project Controller

Ms. Holcomb assists with project and joint venture financial reporting, accounting and audit functions for Rockwood’s real estate investment funds, based in San Francisco.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Holcomb was a senior auditor with Novogradac & Co, LLP, Public Accounting firm in San Francisco, from 2001 through 2003. Ms. Holcomb worked on audit and tax engagements for various types of real estate companies. From 1998 to 2000, Ms. Holcomb was a senior accountant for Pisces, Inc., an asset management company. Ms. Holcomb received a Bachelors of Business Administration with major in accounting from Howard Payne University. Ms. Holcomb is a Certified Public Accountant.
