Steven E. Kakaty

Mr. Kakaty is a member of the portfolio and asset management team,
based in New York.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Kakaty was an associate appraiser in the hospitality
and lodging group at Cushman & Wakefield, where he provided valuation analysis and
consulting services for commercial real estate lenders. Previously, Mr. Kakaty served
as an intern for the Myriad Restaurant Group in New York City. Mr. Kakaty received
a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University.
