Sharon Ann M. “Samm” Miller, CRE®, Managing Director, Investor Relations, based in New York.
Ms. Miller has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. From April 2005 to January 2007, Ms. Miller was the Global Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company's Global Services Group in New York. Prior to Trammell Crow, she was with Hart Advisers, Inc., as Managing Partner, Investment Strategy, J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. where she was a Vice President, Portfolio Management, responsible for portfolio and relationship management. Ms. Miller was also with J.W. O'Connor & Company; two years as a Vice President, Marketing and Client Services and two years as an Assistant Vice President, Asset/Portfolio Manager. Prior to her role at J.W. O'Connor & Company, she served in various capacities at TIAA-CREF ranging from corporate facilities to debt underwriting, transaction restructuring and portfolio management. Ms. Miller also has worked as an architectural designer, project manager and construction site superintendent.
She is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, where she is a member of the Urban Development/Mixed-Use Council -- Red Flight and the Policy and Procedures Committee and is a Counselor of Real Estate®.
Ms. Miller received her undergraduate degree (B.S.) from the University of Virginia in Architecture and her graduate degree (M.S.) from New York University with a focus on Real Estate Investment and Development. |
