Roger Tanaka
Corporate Controller 

Mr. Tanaka is responsible for financial reporting, accounting and audit functions.   

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Tanaka was an Operations Accounting Supervisor at Pacific Gas & Electric Company and was responsible for the Revenue and Cash Accounting functions from 2004 to 2007.  From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Tanaka was a Senior Analyst with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. where he prepared filings for the Securities & Exchange Commission.  From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Tanaka was a Senior Accountant within the Assurance & Advisory practive of Deloitte & Touche LLP.  Mr. Tanaka's work included financial statement audits for several automotive and retail companies.  Mr. Tanaka received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from the University of California-Los Angeles, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California-Davis.  Mr. Tanaka is a Certified Public Accountant.
