Mr. Kramer is a member of the acquisitions team, based in New York.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Kramer was an Analyst in the Transition Management Group for Deutsche Asset Management. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Kramer’s work included valuation analysis and portfolio modeling. Mr. Kramer received a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
