Mr. Schmidt has overall responsibility for the formation and implementation of Rockwood’s investment strategy.

From 1986 to present held various positions in acquisitions, asset management and disposition functions for Rockwood and its predecessor companies.

From 1984 to 1986, Senior Accountant with Touche Ross & Co. (currently Deloitte & Touche). Senior auditor with experience in real estate, light manufacturing, distribution and transportation.
