Experience

Ms. Levy is responsible for all accounting functions, including investor reporting. Additional responsibilities include overseeing Rockwood’s human resource function, information technology, and West Coast administration.

From 1998 to 1999, Controller of the Oakland Raiders, a National Football League franchise. As Controller, Ms. Levy was responsible for operational accounting for the team, as well as audit and tax oversight and League reporting.

From 1996 to 1998, Divisional Controller, Catellus Development Corporation, a national real estate developer and operator (purchased by ProLogis in 2005). Ms. Levy was responsible for accounting activities for the industrial development group as it developed properties in California, Texas, Colorado, and Illinois. Additionally, Ms. Levy was responsible for accounting for the Mission Bay property, a major mixed use property in San Francisco in its pre-development and approval stage. Ms. Levy also participated in the preparation of various projections associated with the infrastructure and phasing of Mission Bay.

From 1991 to 1996, Audit Manager and Certified Public Accountant at Kenneth Leventhal & Company, a national real estate accounting firm purchased by Ernst & Young in 1995. Responsibilities included audits of real estate operators and developers, as well as various consulting and tax engagements.
