Mr. Rincòn is a member of the portfolio and asset management team, based in New York.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Rincòn began his career at Marriott International in their Revenue Management department where he focused on competitive analysis.  From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Rincòn was in Marriott's Development Planning & Feasibility group, working on market analysis and financial projections for proposed new build hotels and conversions to Marriott branded products, as well as preparing financial projections for existing Marriott assets.  Mr. Rincòn received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
