Mr. Shah is responsible for Rockwood's debt investments, originations and capital markets activities, based in New York.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Shah was a Vice President at Citigroup Global Markets where he was responsible for the distribution of Citi's subordinated debt and leveraged loan positions for the Commercial Real Estate group. Mr. Shah's career at Citi included origination and structuring within Real Estate Capital Markets, Portfolio Management and Loan Syndications. From 1998 - 2000, Mr. Shah was a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Transaction Services practice, providing M&A advisory services to Private Equity firms and corporations. Mr. Shah received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University.
