Mo Beler
Associate
Mr. Beler is a member of the acquisitions and capital markets team, based in New York.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Beler spent 4 years as an acquisitions associate
for Becker Brothers LLC, a New York based full service real estate investment and
development firm. While at Becker Brothers, Mr. Beler was responsible for sourcing
as well as performing acquisition analysis and due diligence on various commercial,
residential, industrial and land development properties throughout the Northeast.
In addition, Mr. Beler was responsible for developing deal structures and managing
newly acquired assets within the organization. Mr. Beler received his Bachelor of
Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
