Ms. Mantes assists with project and joint venture financial reporting, accounting and audit functions for Rockwood’s real estate investment funds.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Mantes was a senior accountant with iStar Financial in San Francisco from 2000 through 2003. Ms. Mantes was responsible for managing all accounting aspects of over 20 corporate tenant leases assets, assisted with annual audits and was responsible for preparation of SEC reporting of 10Qs and 10Ks. From 1999 through 2000, Ms. Mantes was an accountant for Esurance, Inc. Ms. Mantes received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting at Rutgers University.
