Ms. Vahidi is a member of Rockwood's legal department. Ms. Vahidi provides legal support for acquisitions, dispositions and financings as well as guidance with respect to corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Vahidi was an Associate in the real estate department of King & Spalding, LLP, an international law firm with a transactional law practice where she specialized in real estate and real estate related transactions from 2002-2006. During her tenure at King & Spalding LLP, Ms. Vahidi represented major institutional investors, financial institutions, developers and pension funds in a variety of real estate and real estate related transactions. From 2000-2002, Ms. Vahidi was an associate in the secured lending/real estate department of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel where she specialized in real estate financings and secured lending transactions. Ms. Vahidi received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude from New York University, College of Arts & Sciences and a Juris Doctor degree, from Fordham University School of Law School. |
