Mark Hinshaw
Assistant Vice President, Project Controller 

Mr. Hinshaw assists with project and joint venture financial reporting, accounting and audit functions for Rockwood's real estate investment funds, based in San Francisco. 

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Hinshaw was an accounting manager with MacFarlane Partners from 2006 into 2007.  Mr. Hinshaw was responsible for a variety of areas within the accounting group, including the housing land banking program, annual audits, debt compliance and corporate consolidation.  From 2003 through 2005, Mr. Hinshaw was a senior accounting manager with Catellus Development Corporation (purchased by ProLogis in 2005) in San Francisco.  He was responsible for overseeing all of the accounting and reporting aspects of the commerical and residential development portfolios of the company.  From 2000 through 2003, Mr. Hinshaw was a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco.  Mr. Hinshaw was responsible for planning and supervising audit engagements for a variety of investment management clients, including hedge funds, mutual funds, university endowments and investment companies.  Mr. Hinshaw received a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University.  Mr. Hinshaw is a Certified Public Accountant.
