Larry Mango
Vice President
Mr. Mango is a member of the East Coast acquisitions and asset management team.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Mango managed the research operations in Cushman & Wakefield's three New Jersey offices before being recruited to the company's highest grossing investment sales team. At Cushman & Wakefield, he was responsible for all aspects of marketing, due diligence, financial analysis and underwriting of all property types. From 1994 to 2000, he worked in various capacities for the City of New York, including marketing real estate and promoting business development for the NYC Economic Development Corporation, directing retail programs for the Village Alliance Business Improvement District and coordinating audience development at the New York Botanical Gardens. Mr. Mango earned a Masters degree in Urban Planning from New York University and holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business. He is a member of the American Planning Association and the CCIM Institute. |
