Lead Fund Accountant
Ms. Hsu assists with Rockwood’s corporate and fund level accounting functions,
based in San Francisco. Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Li was a senior accountant with Shorenstein Realty Service, L.P. from 2006 into 2007. Ms. Li was responsible for cash management, accounting and audit functions within Shorenstein’s non-fund group, including monthly financial reporting, lease administration, tenant escalations, quarterly forecast, annual budget and audits. From 2001 through 2005, Ms. Li was a senior accountant with Gerson Bakar & Associates in San Francisco. Ms. Li was responsible for the accounting functions of a large residential project consisting of 3,000 units and six commercial buildings. From 1998 through 2000, Ms Li was a property accountant with Colliers International Real Estate Services. Ms. Li received a Bachelor degree in Business administration from Hong Kong College of Commerce in Hong Kong.
