Ken Bodenstein
Vice President 

Mr. Bodenstein is a member of the East Coast acquisitions and asset management team.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Bodenstein was a Vice President for new investments for AIG Real Estate Investment Corp. where he was involved with over $1 billion in new joint venture development projects.  Prior to AIG, he was a Director of Acquisitions with DRA Advisors, a pension fund advisory firm active nationally.

From 1993 until 1999, Mr. Bodenstein was a principal in Elkor Realty Corp., a Chicago based value-added multi-family operator active nationally.  Prior to Elkor, he began his career as an analyst working for Sam Zell's organization.  Mr. Bodenstein is a graduate of The Wharton School of the Univerity of Pennsylvania and an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
