Financial Associate
Mr. Yi is responsible for acquisitions and asset management analysis in the Western United States.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Yi worked as an acquisitions associate for CoastWood Capital where he provided financial analysis for the acquisition and management of potential LBO targets in the senior housing sector as well as their retail and land development strategy. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Yi was a financial associate with AEW Partners Group, working on acquisition and asset management of opportunistic real estate throughout the Western US. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Mr. Yi worked in the Audit Advisory group at KPMG. Mr. Yi received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
