Mr. Liu is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of potential acquisitions and development opportunities in the Western U.S. as well as asset and portfolio management.
Mr. Liu began his real estate career at ZipRealty, Inc., a publicly traded brokerage company on new business development and was most recently an analyst at Banc of America Securities LLC real estate syndicated capital markets group in San Francisco where he assisted in the arrangement, underwriting and closing of nearly $5 billion in secured and unsecured syndicated debt financings for public and private REIT's, opportunity funds and homebuilders. Mr. Liu received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. |
