Frank Orioli
Managing Director
Mr. Orioli is a member of the acquisitions team, based in New York.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Orioli was the Managing Director of Principal Real
Estate Investors in Columbus, OH and from 2002 to 2006, he was an Investment Director
in Principal’s Des Moines office. Prior to that, Mr. Orioli was a Senior Acquisitions
Officer with the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. Mr. Orioli received his
undergraduate degree (B.S.) from the University of Virginia in Psychology and his
graduate degree (M.S.) from New York University with a focus on Real Estate Development
and Investment.
