Frances Lo
Assistant Vice President, Tax Manager
Ms. Lo assists in Rockwood's tax functions, based in the San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Lo was a tax professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in San Francisco from 2000 through 2006. Ms. Lo was responsible for managing the tax engagements for various types of real estate companies including commercial and residential real estate investors, land developers, homebuilders and international REITs. Ms. Lo received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Ms. Lo is a Certified Public Accountant. |
