Mr. Waggoner is an IT Systems Engineer and manages the information technology infrastructure for Rockwood, based in San Francisco.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Waggoner owned and operated Expert IT Consulting Inc. from 2006 to 2008. The company was an IT Consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area that specialized in IT Outsourcing and System Intergration for over 50 different firms. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Waggoner was a Senior Systems Engineer with Thibault Associates in Pleasant Hill. Mr. Waggoner worked as a senior system integrator, specializing in think client technologies (Citrix, Terminal Services), Microsoft Exhange and network design. Mr. Waggoner received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara and Associate degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Diablo Valley College and Heald College. Mr. Waggoner is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator .
