Mr. Becker serves as Rockwood’s in-house legal counsel. Mr. Becker provides legal support for fund formations, acquisitions, dispositions and financings as well guidance with respect to governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Becker was an associate in the corporate department of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, an international law firm with a transactional law practice where he specialized in real estate and real estate related transactions from 1999 to 2004. During his tenure at Paul Hastings, Mr. Becker also advised public and private clients with respect to acquisitions, business combinations, securities offerings and ‘34 Act compliance issues. Mr. Becker received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Duke University and a Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in Business Law and Regulation, from Cornell Law School.
