Bridget Chen, CFA
Financial Analyst
Ms. Chen is a member of the portfolio and asset management team based in New York.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Chen was an associate in the Structured Products
group of JPMorgan, where she underwrote commercial mortgages for various property
types. From 2004 to 2007, Ms. Chen was analyst/associate in the Real Estate Capital
Markets group of Banc of America Securities, where she worked on commercial mortgage
backed securities structuring and loan origination. Ms. Chen received her B.A. and
B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. A Mensa member, she is fluent
in Mandarin.
