Andrew Blanchard

Mr. Blanchard is a member of the West Coast acquisitions and asset management team.

Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Blanchard worked in the Assurance & Advisory practice of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Blanchard’s work included financial statement audits of both private and public companies in the real estate, retail and distribution sectors. Mr. Blanchard received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis and a Masters of Business Administration, with an emphasis in real estate, from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Blanchard is a Certified Public Accountant.
