Mr. Pack provides analysis and support for acquisitions, finance and capital markets activity.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mr. Pack was an Analyst at CIBC World Markets Corp. where he focused on underwriting and securitization as part of CIBC's Real Estate Finance and CMBS divisions. In 2003, Mr. Pack was an Analyst at Butler Properties, Inc where he provided analysis on new real estate developments throughout the Southeastern United States. Mr. Pack received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia. |
