Mary Jane Fross
Corporate Controller
Ms. Fross manages Rockwood’s corporate accounting department and is responsible
for accounting, reporting, budgeting, specific investor reports and the audit functions,
based in San Francisco.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Ms. Fross was the Controller for Forward Management,
LLC. From 1987 to 2007, Mr. Fross held accounting positions at various levels in
the following companies: Sandler Family Supporting Foundation, Atlas Advisers, Inc.,
California Culinary Academy, Wells Fargo Bank, Montgomery Asset Management, LLC,
Charles Schwab, Bay Bank of Commerce and KPMG Peat Marwick. Ms. Fross received a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University and a Masters
of Business Administration, with a Finance Option, also from California State University.
Ms. Fross is a Certified Public Accountant.
